Share a bit of history with your kids or grandkids while still keeping them entertained. Branson’s own Titanic Museum is full of activities for young and old alike. As the world’s largest museum attraction, there is definitely something for everyone.
Plenty of interactive exhibits let young ones get hands-on ship experience. It’s a great way to teach them about the history of Titanic. They can even steer the ship from the captain’s deck! The self-guided tour through the museum has separate audio explanations for kids that will keep them engaged.
Adults will be filled with wonder seeing the Titanic brought to life through the exhibits of actual recovered items, informative exhibits, and stateroom replicas. There’s even a replica of the elegant Grand Staircase. The boarding pass given as you enter puts you in the shoes of a real passenger on the ship.
Now through November, you’ll also find a special exhibit you won’t want to miss. The “Amazing Women on Titanic” display showcases the dresses of some of the fascinating women who were on board. The women highlighted were successful in a man’s world during a time that women were considered rebellious if they spoke up. You’ll love their empowering stories.
