A trip to Branson would be a great way to give Mom a treat on Mother’s Day weekend. You could enjoy some fabulous entertainment and see the area sights.
When you’re planning what shows to take in, may we suggest the “It” show on May 13 at the Hughes Brothers Theatre. Dinner is served at 6:30 p.m., and showttime is at 8 p.m. You’ll hear a wonderful combination of Gospel, country, rock ‘n’ roll, patriotic and Broadway show music. When accompanied by a family member, mothers may receive a 50-percent discount off their meal and watch the show free. The address is 3425 W, Hwy 76.
Branson Market Days
In honor of the occasion, the city is offering a shopping extravaganza called Market Days. On May 12 and 13, head over to the Convention Center and browse through handmade goods, vintage finds and boutique-style merchandise. Some items are new, while others are repurposed; however, everything is lovely. Hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
