Whether you like your Christmas trees decorated with old-fashioned straw ornaments or flashing lights, there’s bound to be a tree you’ll love in Branson this season. Branson takes pride in its wide variety of trees, and local attractions and businesses go all out to show their Christmas spirit. We’ve put together a list of some can’t-be-missed offerings, from the simple to the truly unique.
You’d probably expect Ripley’s Believe It or Not to put a different spin on Christmas cheer, and the attraction doesn’t disappoint! They showcase a collection of upside down trees that fit right in with their Odditorium features. You’ll find the Branson Ducks competing for the award for the most unexpected material. Take a land and sea-based tour on one of the Ducks, and you’ll get to check out their tree that’s made from over 200 lifejackets and covered in lights. The Branson Mountain Coaster also uses an unusual material for its large tree: roller coaster tracks!
Looking for a taste of the Christmas of old? Branson’s Centennial Museum features a traditional tree, complete with popcorn strings and ornaments from the 1930s. You’ll also find a beautiful 14-foot tree at Grand Village Shoppes, as well as shops full of your favorite ornaments to decorate your own trees!
