Fun Things to Do in Branson, Missouri
Parakeet Pete’s Steampunk Balloon– (temporarily closed, continue to check website for more info) Float 188 feet above Branson Landing in this old-fashioned hot air balloon! You’ll get beautiful views of the skies above and Lake Taneycomo and the Ozark Mountains below. Fun for all ages, and kids under 42” are free.
Parakeet Pete’s Waterfront Zip Line– Grab a seat and soar high above the city of Branson on this fun zip line ride! Enjoy views from high above Branson Landing as you look down over the waters of Lake Taneycomo. Single and double seats available.
Branson Ferris Wheel– Formerly located at Chicago’s iconic Navy Pier, the Branson Ferris Wheel is high-flying fun for all ages. With 40 gondolas that hold 240 riders, guests of all ages can enjoy the views of Branson’s famed entertainment district from one of the cozy gondolas. The Ferris wheel contains more than 16,000 LED lights and produces a nightly show called Electrify, which you can view from your car every hour on the hour starting at dusk.
The Branson Coaster– Glide through the Ozarks in a single rider car or tandem on this double alpine coaster. Roller coaster enthusiasts of all ages will love the thrill of the ride as well as they view the city from above on this fast-paced ride that is sure to delight.
The Skyscraper Branson– Fly solo, or with someone else if you dare! This ride is for daredevils 52 inches tall or taller. You will fly up to 60 miles per hour when you are launched off the platform that stands 80 feet tall. Experience the force that fighter pilots do as they hurtle through the air at top speeds. At night, the ride lights up, and it provides gorgeous views of the city at all times.
